Our babies are health guaranteed at time of possession. All birds from our aviary
come with a 3 day, no longer, health guarantee. Due
to conditions that will be beyond our control, we cannot guarantee the birds beyond this 3 day period.
The health
status of your bird must be confirmed by having your bird examined by a qualified and licensed veterinarian within 3 days
of receiving the bird. Your warranty will be void if the leg band is removed or if you do not take your bird to an avian vet.
There is a list of avian vets here in Kentucky: Bianaca Zaffarano, D.V.M. & Jennifer Walker, D.V.M. (859-277-4315) If
a bird should die, it must be submitted to an avian veterinarian for a necropsy and histology within 24 hours of death. It
must be kept refrigerated and not frozen. We are not responsible for airfreight charges nor veterinary charges after birds
leave our home.
